Ohio House of Representative
Jarrod Martin (R) of Beavercreek, Ohio, was cited Friday for drunken driving in Jackson
County. Martin was pulled over at approximately 10:55 p.m. after
Ohio State Highway Patrolmen observed him swerving over the center line while hauling a trailer without
a taillight.
Because there were two juveniles in the vehicle at the time Martin was
cited, he was also cited for
child endangerment. Martin's charge comes just five days after
State Representative Robert Mecklenborg resigned after facing similar charges in Indiana.
