Tom DiCaudo strikes again!!! I can’t tell you how many friends I have who have been charged with an OVI who Tom has been able to get off. I don’t know how he does it; whether he has some strange Jedi mind trick that he plays on prosecutors and judges or whether he is just so much better than everyone else handling this stuff but he always gets his clients either dismissals or pleas to reduced charges. Do yourself a favor, sit down and talk to this guy. He will help you out when you need it the most.
