I am forever grateful

I have a CDL and was involved in a motor vehicle accident right outside of Columbus which unfortunately killed another driver. They accused me of speeding and charged me with vehicular manslaughter and vehicular homicide. The owner of the company had heard that DiCaudo & Yoder LLC had a lot of experience with these matters. We contacted them and they met us in Mansfield to talk. They talked to us for about two hours informing us of the potential defenses that we might have. The boss of the company hired them and they went to work on the case. Almost every day one of them would call me and let me know what was going on. They hired an accident reconstructionist expert who we used to show that I was not speeding as the State Patrol said I was. It was a difficult case and in the end the Prosecutor’s Office dismissed it. Tom and Reid went above and beyond what I thought a lawyer should do. They both helped me cope with the emotional stress of the death of someone. For that I am forever grateful.
