I could not have asked for a better result

I was coming home from a party in Richfield and was pulled over by a police officer. The police officer got a drug sniffing dog out of the car and began to smell the car. The police officer said the dog “hit” on the car. He told me that gave him probable cause to search the vehicle. In it they found a small amount of cocaine. I am in the medical field and would have lost my ability to make a living if found guilty. I retained the services of Reid Yoder who was referred to me by my family attorney. I sat down and talked with Reid telling him what had happened. He immediately decided we needed to attack the K-9 training and argue that the dog did not possess the request training necessary to qualify it as a drug sniffing dog. He pulled the training logs and spoke to the trainers and owner. He also found past cases where the dog was not accurate with his sniffing. He used all this and filed a motion to suppress the dog hitting on the car. We went through a lengthy hearing in which the court took the matter under advisement. Three months later we learned that the Judge agreed with our argument and suppressed the evidence. CASE DISMISSED! I could not have asked for a better result. Reid’s professionalism and expertise were impressive. You need to higher this guy if you get in trouble!
