He saved my job and probably my life.

I got an OVI in Canton, Ohio and have my commercial driver’s license (CDL). I had never had an OVI before and heard that you should not blow, but I thought I would be under the legal limit and decided to blow. I blew a .109% BAC. I was going to lose my CDL for a year, which meant I would lose close to $45,000. I had heard that lawyers can’t really do anything for you when you blow over but I had too much to risk. A friend referred me to DiCaudo & Yoder LLC. I spoke to Reid Yoder who told me I definitely needed to speak to Tom DiCaudo, the lawyer in the firm that specializes in alcohol related offenses. I spoke to him for about an hour in his office and decided that I was going to retain him. We fought the case for about 6 months and the night before the trial was to begin Tom called and told me that he got the case dismissed. I was willing to plead to anything that allowed me to keep my CDL, but he got the whole thing thrown out. To this day I really don’t know how he did it but I am forever grateful. If anyone reading this thinks Tom is not the real deal and can’t work miracles call the firm, tell Tom you want to talk to the guy who wrote this and have him call me. He saved my job and probably my life.
