He saved my job and quite frankly my life.

I was charged with a DUI/OVI in Medina Municipal Court. I had a friend who referred me to an attorney in Medina to handle the case. I paid him in full and at the first pretrial he told me to plead to the DUI/OVI for 30 days in jail and a 3 year license suspension. I told him I needed to think about it and I wanted a continuance. I went home that night and talked to another friend who had been charged with an OVI/DUI in Akron. He told me the case ended up getting dismissed because of his lawyer. He gave me the name of his lawyer, Tom DiCaudo and his phone number. I called him around 9:30 at night thinking I would leave a message at his office. To my surprise it was his personal cell phone and he answered. We talked about the case for about a half hour and he brought me into the office the next morning. I liked what he was telling me and I really felt he knew what he was doing. That same day I hired him and fired my old attorney. The next time we went to Court Tom filed a motion to suppress and we had our hearing. The Judge ruled in our favor and the OVI/DUI was dismissed. This would have been my third OVI/DUI. If I would not have found Tom I would have done 30 days in jail. He saved my job and quite frankly my life
