I am thankful for his amazing skills as an attorney

Don’t think I have forgotten our success. I am currently finishing up the Driver Intervention Program, and felt this would be a good time to spend telling the story of your success in regards to my case. I appreciate your hard work. I take this situation very seriously. And my gratefulness will be forever. I’m not sure exactly what led me to Mr. DiCaudo on that Saturday. I had spent two sleepless nights researching the web, looking for answers on what to expect in an OVI. On top of OVI, I had hit/skip, failure to control and a high blow. The future was looking bleak. It was a Saturday at about 10 am when I called Mr. DiCaudo, and I was shocked and relieved when he answered. He met with me that day…on a Saturday. He was straight forward with what the laws were in my case and what I should expect. Six days in jail, maybe 3 days in a driving program, $1000+ in fines, SR-22 insurance, 6 months license suspension, and maybe yellow plates. I was terrified because this also meant I would become unemployed. How could I afford this without a job? Months went by as evidence was reviewed. Days went by without sleep. My court date or a suppression hearing came up about 6 months after the offense. I was embarrassed and scared. Mr. DiCaudo and I went over what to expect once more. He went back and talked with the prosecutor and came out shortly and said we can get a low level OVI. But he was concerned about my job, apparently as concerned as I was. He went back for about 10 more minutes and came out victorious. My high blow OVI was reduced to physical control, dropped the hit/skip, a $17 fine for failure to control, driver program, and some community service. He told me ” this doesn’t typically happen”. And to further support this statement, another attorney presenting at the Driver Intervention Program said “you got away with murder” and was pleased with my attorney’s success. I still take this matter seriously and see it as a second chance. I was able to keep my job, I can sleep at night, and ultimately I ended up with 2 of a possible 6 points. I feel Mr. DiCaudo took time to get to know me, asked about my family, and I am thankful for his amazing skills as an attorney. He kept it real, but fought for me when I was vulnerable. For this I will always be grateful.
