Tom DiCaudo represented me in a DUI in Summit County. Last week we went in for a suppression hearing that Tom filed. He argued that the stop was not valid and the officers did not have probable cause to arrest me. Although the Judge was not happy he threw the case out and agreed with Tom. I made the mistake of blowing and blew a .28% BAC. Tom got that thrown out as well. I highly recommend Tom. He took the time to discuss my case with me and explain to me all the things that he was doing. I know that he is busy but he really treated me like a person and took an interest in my case. I hope I never get in any trouble but if I do I know who I’m calling.
