I still don’t know how my attorneys were able to accomplish this feat but I am so fortunate to have had them.

I was a student at the University of Akron and charged with aggravated menacing, tampering with evidence and carrying a concealed weapon. I was a senior and going to graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering. I had never been in trouble in my life. My Dad called an attorney he worked with in Akron and asked him who we should call. They referred us to DiCaudo & Yoder LLC. By that afternoon he had contacted the police officers who had arrested me, the prosecutor’s office and the student judicial review board. At that time the University wanted to expel me from school. After having numerous meetings with all the parties involved I was permitted to finish my year and graduate from the University. The Prosecutor’s Office dropped all of the felony charges and I pled to a misdemeanor and paid a small fine.
