I strongly endorse Tom DiCaudo

I was arrested for OVI in Stow and blew a .183%, which is considered a high blow. I got online and started looking for a lawyer who specialized in OVI law. I am a chemical engineer and new that I was in some trouble. I went to the website DiCaudo & Yoder LLC and read through their OVI information. I thought it was ok, but I wanted to see their results. I went to the case results and read through some of the things that DiCaudo & Yoder LLC have done in the past. I do not know how many cases they handle in a year but the results speak for themselves. I am a numbers guy and it looks like Tom is probably getting 75-80% of his cases either dismissed or reduced. I couldn’t argue with those results so I called and scheduled an appointment. Tom told me that he thinks the officers did not have reasonable suspicion to stop me. He requested the video dash cam of the police car and found out that I did not drive over the marked lanes as the police had said I did. Tom filed a motion to suppression and before the hearing the Prosecutor offered me a reckless Operation with OVI privileges. I did not want to risk a trial so I pled to reduced charges. Tom’s batting average just keeps increasing. Use this guy if you get an OVI. I strongly endorse Tom DiCaudo.
