I strongly recommend him as an attorney and person

I was charged with sexual imposition by a 16 year old girl that was a student of mine and on my track team; (I teach 11th grade math). I live in a small community and have never had to hire a criminal defense attorney. I got online and began looking for attorneys who specialize in this type of law. I came across DiCaudo & Yoder LLC website. I was impressed with their case results. I had contacted a few other lawyers and scheduled appointments but wanted to come in and meet with them. Their secretary Carrie was extremely helpful and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with Reid Yoder. When we met I immediately liked his candor and how he approached the case. He insisted that I meet with the other attorneys that I had scheduled meetings with before deciding who I was going to retain. I found this to be shocking having an attorney send me to a competitor first. He explained to me that I should go with the lawyer that I feel most comfortable with and who I think will do the best job. Needless to say I hired Reid after meeting with the other two. Without going into too much detail Reid filed a motion to dismiss arguing the State could not meet their burden because there were not corroborating witnesses or testimony. The only evidence they had was the young lady. The Judge agreed and dismissed the case. I had adamantly denied any wrongdoing and Reid was able to get the case dismissed. I owe him my job, my life. He is an excellent attorney who shows extremely compassion for his clients. I strongly recommend him as an attorney and person.
