I was charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin. I hired Attorney Reid Yoder. The Prosecutor kept telling us that he had witnesses that would testify against me. I reviewed all the evidence with Mr. Yoder numerous times and was not seeing any evidence that could be used against me. I decided to go to trial. We called numerous witnesses to testify that I was not involved in any trafficking of drugs. After a two week trial the Judge jury found me not guilty. This is extremely rare. I thank Mr. Yoder for his hard work.
