I was charged with manufacturing meth. The police said that I had children in my house while I was doing it and they charged me with an F1, which carried with it mandatory time. I had roommates at the time and believed they were the ones responsible. Mr. Yoder hired a private investigator who found the people who were living in my home at the time. The investigator got them on tape saying that it was their lab. Mr. Yoder took the evidence to the prosecutor and they ended up dismissing the case.
