I was in a pretty bad bar fight. I got a little out of control and hit someone with a beer bottle. The beer bottle broke and did some injury to the guy’s head. I was charged with felonious assault. Reid Yoder represented me in the case. We went to trial and Reid argued to the Jury that it was self-defense and that I only hit the guy because he was coming after me and I thought he had a weapon in his hand. The jury found me not guilty.
