I had used Reid Yoder on a previous felony case and was very pleased with the results. When I got an OVI I called him and he referred me to his partner Tom DiCaudo who specializes in OVI/DUI law. Tom sat down and spoke to me about the case. I had been involved in an accident and was cited. The police were waiting on my blood draw to determine the level. Tom reviewed the case with me and with the information that I had told him he did not think that I could beat an OVI. He wanted to focus on beating an aggravated vehicular assault because someone was very badly injured in the accident. I appreciated his honesty and asked him to help me. Next week I got a call from Tom and he told me that he can bring me into court today and plead me to the OVI and make sure that I do not get charged with the felony. I met him in court, pled guilty and got 3 days in Oriana. I was potentially looking at three years in prison.
