Take it from me Tom DiCaudo is the best lawyer in Ohio!

I was charged with an OVI near Columbus, Ohio. It would have been my third OVI overall. I had used a Columbus Attorney for my last two and was going to use him again but I was referred to Tom by a friend. I got online and read the law firm’s reviews. I called the 800 number around 1:30 in the morning and Tom DiCaudo picked up. I had heard he answered the phone at all hours but didn’t believe it. Sure enough he picked up. We spoke for a few minutes and agreed to meet the following day in his office. The meeting lasted for about an hour and at the end I was confident that Tom was going to win my case. It didn’t hurt that he cost $1,500 less than my former attorney. Long story short, Tom argued that there was no way they could prove that I was drunk. No breath test, no field sobriety and no impaired driving. The Prosecutor’s Office tried to play hardball but the day before the trial was set they called Tom and offered him a reckless operation. Tom spoke to me about and I said no. A few hours later they dismissed the case. Take it from me Tom DiCaudo is the best lawyer in Ohio!
