I was charged with trafficking in heroin and cocaine in the Southern District of Ohio. I was referred to Reid Yoder from a lawyer that I had used in the past in San Diego. The referring lawyer told me he worked with Reid before and he thought he would do a good job. Let me say this…Reid was a monster! He is a younger guy who has been practicing for a little over 10 years so he is hungry. He went over all my discovery with me and told me in his opinion the FBI messed up because they did not have a proper search warrant to come into a house of mine. He filed a motion to suppress and we had a hearing. The Judge ruled in our favor. Although the whole case didn’t get thrown out Reid was able to get most of the drugs dismissed and I pled to a reduced charge. I’m never going to need Reid again, but if I did there is no one better. The dude kills it!
