Tom is the greatest DUI lawyer I have ever worked with. Hands down!!

I got a DUI on a Saturday night. I was in Akron on business and didn’t know anyone there. When I got out I got online and started calling lawyers. I called 3 lawyers (none of them answered) before I came across DiCaudo & Yoder LLC. I read the testimonials and it looked like Tom DiCaudo had a lot of success with DUIs. I met with Tom on a Sunday afternoon at his office. How many lawyers work on Sundays? He got me in and we started talking about my case. He pointed out he thought the police might not have had a right to pull me over but said he would have to look at the video first. I got a really good feeling about him and I decided to have him represent me. My problem is I have had 4 prior DUIs and I knew that if I was found guilty I would lose my job, my house…pretty much everything. Tom filed a motion arguing the stop was not good. We went in for a hearing a few weeks later and Tom questioned the cop. The Judge said she wanted to think about it before making her decision. 3 weeks later I got a call from Tom telling me the Judge was dismissing the case completely. It was the greatest news I had ever heard. Tom is the greatest DUI lawyer I have ever worked with. Hands down!!
