I hired Tom DiCaudo to represent me with an underage consumption case. I want to go into the Naval Academy and didn’t want to have anything on my record. Tom was able to successfully argue that the police did not have probable cause to charge me with the crime. He argued the case to the Judge who agreed with him and the Prosecutor was forced to dismiss the case. Tom, is one of those low key guys that doesn’t brag about his success but you know how good he is when you see him in court.
