The law firm of DiCaudo and Yoder has had a great deal of success over the last year focusing on expungements throughout the State of Ohio. Attorney Nick Horrigan has focused his practice on the new expungement law and has helped dozens of people who were once told they were not eligible for an expungement.

In the latter part of 2012, Attorney Horrigan represented a client who was charged and convicted of a gun violation in a motor vehicle. Due to current new law, that client was eligible to have the case expunged. The Prosecutors Office objected to the expungement and the court denied the expungement. Attorney Horrigan appealed to the 9th District and they overruled the lower court’s decision unanimously.

Since that case more and more people are realizing that their records are able to be expunged. If you have been told that you are not eligible to have your case expunged in the past please call our firm and speak with Attorney Horrigan who will advise you of your rights. That job that you have always wanted but unable to get because of your criminal record could be closer then you think.
